What HandySpan is
HandySpan is an online introduction service. It helps homeowners find tradespeople. It is not a builder or a contractor and it does not carry out work. Any agreement for work is between the homeowner and the tradesperson. Our terms and conditions explain this in full.
Using the website
Visiting the website is free. Posting a job or registering as a tradesperson is covered by our terms and conditions.
Intellectual property
The HandySpan name, logo, design, texts and code belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission except for personal use or as the law allows.
Content from users and links
Job posts and tradesperson profiles are written by the people who submit them. We review them before they go live but we do not guarantee that they are accurate or complete. Links to other websites are there for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for the work or prices or conduct of tradespeople or homeowners as set out in our terms.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong write to hello@handyspan.com and we will reply within 30 days. Consumers can also use the complaint channels of their local consumer authority.

Governing law
Spanish law applies. Disputes are for the courts of Málaga unless mandatory rules give a consumer the right to use the courts where they live.
